STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. 1. Delivery
      1. Goods will be delivered within 45–60 days after advance payment and confirmed order.
      2. Delay may occur due to customs or transit issues. Seller is not liable for such delays.
   2. Quantity
      1. Up to 2% variation in quantity is acceptable and cannot be rejected.
   3. Inspection
      1. Buyer must check goods within 3 days of receipt. No claims will be accepted later.
      2. No return policy – all sales are final.
   4. Price
      1. Prices may vary with quantity and must be confirmed before each order.
      2. Once confirmed, price is final for that order.
   5. Payment Terms
      1. 70% advance with order confirmation.
      2. 30% balance before delivery (dispatch only after 100% payment).
      3. Delay in payment after due notice will attract 2% late fee per day (compounded monthly).
      (If only carrying services: 100% payment before dispatch applies.)
   6. Responsibility
      1. If goods are not delivered within 120 days of order, Seller will refund 70% of invoice value.
   7. GST
      1. GST invoice is compulsory on all sales.
   8. Jurisdiction
      1. All disputes will be settled under Surat, Gujarat (India) jurisdiction.
