Sharmil Mangukiya founded Manshav Impex in Surat in 2019. The market gap was obvious — India had excellent manufacturers, but buyers abroad had no dependable way to reach them. That problem is still what we're here to solve.
Built around a problem that still hasn't gone away
When Sharmil started this company, the pitch was straightforward: India has some of the best medical manufacturers in the world, but international buyers couldn't reach them reliably. Too many unreliable brokers. Inconsistent documentation. Shipments that didn't arrive as described.
We're not a directory or a platform. We're a manufacturer and exporter that takes responsibility — we make and source directly, we check products ourselves, we write the documentation, and we stay reachable when something needs fixing. That's the whole model. It works because most of our buyers come back.

Verification, not just certification
We've turned down suppliers who claimed CE certification but couldn't produce the technical file. The certificate means nothing without what's behind it.

UAE import requirements, FDA registration, Nigerian NAFDAC, EU MDR — different markets need different paperwork. We've navigated most of them.
