Nitrile Examination Gloves Exporter from India: What Importers in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and the UAE Check
For a distributor in Kuwait City, Doha, Muscat or Dubai, nitrile examination gloves are rarely the biggest invoice, but they are the line customers reorder most often. Clinics, labs and hospital stores notice quickly when a box tears too easily, sizes run small or the colour changes between lots. This guide sets out what GCC importers check before choosing a nitrile examination gloves exporter from India, from the test standard and AQL on the certificate to sizing, storage and the RFQ lines that keep every reorder the same.

In short
Nitrile examination gloves are a repeat-order product in every GCC market, which is why a weak first shipment costs so much. Here is what importers in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and the UAE check before they commit to an exporter in India.
The checks below are the ones that decide whether a glove line stays with your customers. None of them needs a laboratory on your side; they need the right questions in the RFQ and the right documents with every lot.
What should GCC importers check before choosing a nitrile examination gloves exporter in India?
Check four things first: the standard the gloves are tested to (EN 455 or ASTM D6319 for nitrile examination gloves), the AQL for pinholes stated on each lot's certificate, a size chart with measured widths and lengths, and samples from current production. Then confirm packing, labelling language and shelf life on arrival in writing before you place the order.

Why it matters in the GCC
Test standard
EN 455 or ASTM D6319, named on the TDS
Registrations and hospital tenders cite one of them
Pinhole AQL
AQL stated on the CoA for every lot
Buyers compare lots, not brochures

Palm width and length per size, XS to XL
Sizes that run small get returned by clinics
Thickness
Fingertip and palm thickness on the TDS
Lets you compare quotations like for like
Packing
100 gloves per box, 10 boxes per carton
Matches how GCC clinics order and store
Shelf life
Minimum remaining shelf life on arrival
Slow-moving sizes must not expire in stock
EN 455, ASTM D6319 and the AQL on the certificate
EN 455 is the European series for single-use medical gloves, covering freedom from holes, physical properties, biological evaluation and shelf life. ASTM D6319 is the American specification for nitrile examination gloves. Either is widely understood by GCC hospital buyers. What matters is that the standard on the technical data sheet matches the one on the box and the certificate of analysis, and that the certificate shows the AQL result for the lot you received, not a general statement.
Ask whether the gloves are tested for chemotherapy drug permeation (ASTM D6978) only if your customers handle cytotoxic drugs. It is a separate test, and a glove sold as "chemo-rated" should come with the permeation results for named drugs.

Buyer tip
Order your samples in the two sizes that sell most, usually M and L, and put them on the hands of three or four clinic nurses before you sign. Sizing and cuff length are the complaints you hear first, and no certificate will warn you about them.
Heat, storage and the summer shipment
Nitrile handles heat better than natural latex, but every glove box still carries storage conditions, and a container standing in full sun at the port is well above them. Ask the exporter to print the storage conditions on the carton, plan summer arrivals so cargo clears quickly, and move stock into covered, ventilated storage. Check a few boxes from each arrival for tackiness or brittleness before the lot goes to customers.
Our gloves never failed a test. They failed the first week of August, sitting in a hot warehouse yard while the paperwork caught up. Now we clear summer containers first and store gloves away from the roller doors.
Ports and regulators for nitrile gloves importers in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and the UAE
Each GCC state regulates medical devices separately, and registration and labelling requirements change. Confirm current guidance with the regulator and your registration consultant before you order, and make sure the manufacturer's certificates are issued in the same legal name that appears on your registration file.

We export powder-free nitrile examination gloves in XS to XL, 100 per box, with a test certificate for every lot.
Writing the RFQ so every reorder matches the first
One line per size and colour, with the quantity for each, so the proforma and packing list match your stock records.
Standard, AQL, thickness, cuff length and powder-free stated on the line, not only in an attachment.
Box and carton artwork approved before production, including any Arabic text your registration requires.
Minimum remaining shelf life on arrival at your port, written into the order.
Samples retained from each lot, so a later complaint can be checked against the shipped product.
Prices move with nitrile raw material costs, thickness, colour and quantity, so request a current quotation and compare exporters from India on the same basis: the same Incoterm to the same port, the same thickness and the same packing. A cheaper glove that is thinner or shorter in the cuff is a different product, not a better price.
Send your size split, colour and destination port and we will quote each line separately with the documents that come with it.

Which standard should nitrile examination gloves meet for GCC markets?
Most GCC hospital and distributor buyers accept nitrile examination gloves tested to EN 455 or ASTM D6319. Check which standard your registration file and your customers' tenders name, and make sure the same standard appears on the technical data sheet, the box and each lot's certificate.
How do I choose a nitrile examination gloves exporter from India?
Shortlist examination gloves manufacturers in India and exporters who give a technical data sheet with thickness and size chart, a certificate of analysis with the pinhole AQL for every lot, samples from current production, and certificates in the manufacturer's legal name. Compare quotations on the same Incoterm, port, thickness and packing.
What is the minimum order for nitrile examination gloves?
Our listed minimum for nitrile examination gloves is 100,000 pieces, packed 100 gloves per box and 10 boxes per carton. Mixed sizes within an order are common; ask for the size split you need when you request a quotation.
How should nitrile gloves be stored in the Gulf summer?
Follow the storage conditions printed on the box: keep gloves away from heat sources and direct sunlight, in covered, ventilated storage. Clear summer containers quickly, and check a few boxes from each arrival for tackiness or brittleness before the stock goes out.
Are nitrile examination gloves suitable for chemotherapy handling?
Only if they are tested to ASTM D6978 for chemotherapy drug permeation and come with results for named drugs. Standard nitrile examination gloves tested to EN 455 or ASTM D6319 are not automatically chemo-rated.
